It’s unfortunate you no longer wish to continue your membership at Meadows Fitness Center. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations occur. As always, we do not require contracts and you are free to cancel your membership at anytime without penalty!

**(must be postmarked by the 5th of the current month to avoid dues being drafted for current month).
We will process your cancellation and deactivate your membership. If you wish to reactivate your membership, please stop by the front desk at Meadows Fitness Center and we would be happy to reactivate your membership!
